Real-time visibility into companies actively posting open jobs. Search by job title, company, or location to find companies hiring right now. Perfect for recruiting and staffing firms generating warm leads.

How it works: Search for a job title and location (e.g., "Directors of Nursing in Illinois"). ContactSearch.ai finds all companies posting that role. Then immediately surface the executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers at those companies who could use your recruiting or staffing services. This is how staffing firms find warm leads: identify growth companies actively hiring, then reach the people who can sign contracts.

Common questions

Do credits expire?

Yes — every batch of credits expires 30 days after it's deposited. Pay-as-you-go bundles land all at once and you have 30 days to spend them. Annual plans drip month by month: 1,000 credits (Growth) or 2,000+ (Scale) arrive every 30 days for 12 cycles, and unused credits at the end of each cycle don't roll over. When you spend, your oldest batch is consumed first so credits closest to expiring get burned before fresh ones.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Top up with additional pay-as-you-go bundles anytime, or upgrade to an annual plan for a better per-credit rate. There's no penalty for switching — credits from different purchases stack on your balance and the FIFO consumption order keeps things fair.

Do I always need Premium Mobile Lookup to get phone numbers?

No. Most contact reveals already include a mobile number from our primary data provider — that's part of the standard credit cost, no add-on needed. Premium Mobile Lookup is an optional safety net for the minority of cases where the primary provider doesn't have a mobile on file. When you click Premium Lookup on a contact that's missing a mobile, we run a waterfall across additional data providers, costs 4 credits, and only charges if a number is actually found — no spend on dry holes.

Is there a free trial?

Registration is free. You can browse the platform and set up your account before purchasing any credits. We don't currently offer free credits — we'd rather charge a fair rate per credit than mark up the base price to fund a "free trial".

How do I get started?

Register for an account, get approved (usually within 24 hours), then purchase credits to start searching. Approval is a quick manual review to keep the platform free of spam and abuse — we don't sell credits to scrapers, resellers, or "lead gen" outfits.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards. We never see your card details — payment is handled by a PCI-compliant card processor. Receipts are emailed automatically.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased and expire 30 days after each batch is deposited. Annual plans drip month by month — unspent credits at the end of each cycle don't roll over. Premium mobile lookups are pay-on-success, so you only pay when a number is found. If you have a billing dispute or a charge you don't recognize, email support@contactsearch.ai and we'll sort it out.
